The CRS is a membership corporation style composed of successful business enterprises, cultural and commercial people who come from all over the world, including China. 26 inner clubs and 9 national secretariats make up the institution, which is a legality corporation institution authorized by Chinese business administration department and put on records by Chinese civil administration department. It is a confederative Confucian Traders' organization sustained by most of Chinese democracy parties and mass's groups.

The CRS integrates all kinds of resources from most of the big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai etc. in China and abroad, which is a comprehensive international business consultation and corporation management training institution .It is an international business institution cooperating with various chambers of commerce and other Confucian business group.

All the following members make up CRS: Enterprises, Business Associations and Chamber of Commerce etc. and all their inside top management such as Board Chairmen, CEOs, Presidents, Execute Directors, Vice-Presidents, General Managers, Vice-General Managers as well., CRS has four characteristics: Training, Business, Internationalization and Democracy.

CRS is supervised by council and managed by secretariat.
Training Center, Business Center, Development Center and Service Center are setup under CRS.
Confucius Business Institution and Enterprise's Training Department are set up under CRS Training Center.
E-Business Department, International Business Department and Domestic Business Department are set up under CRS Business Center.
Franchising Management Department, Training Cooperation Department, and Members' Organization Department are set up under CRS Development Center
Activity Organizations Department and Members Servicing Department are set up under CRS Service Center.

CRS is seeking its franchise branch clubs, institutions and training units in all the cities all over the world, which will be run by the local cooperative parties. They will set up many CRS business bases and keep close touch with other branch corporations and organize all kinds of cultural and commercial communication activities among them.
