Procedures:

1. The members should send a requirement form to us according to their international business need. They can also declare detailed intention letter of a certain project to CRS China.

2. CRS headquarters will make a feasibility analysis after receiving the members` international business application, contact with corresponding organization and corporation, make plan and expenses of operation.

3. The member will sign a project entrusting agreement with CRS headquarters, and then enters into operation.

4. CRS headquarters make arrangement to get in touch with commercial organization or enterprise of the other side to sign cooperation agreement of relevant business.

5. CRS headquarters will be responsible for the liaison and coordination during the operations.

6. CRS will assist to deal with the follow-up work after cooperation.
